The Bo Dashboard uses low energy Bluetooth (BTLE) to connect with the Vehicle Control Unit on your Bo. The app has a walkthrough guide to help connect your phone to your Bo M.

The Bo Model-M has an integrated MOUS Intralock mounting. This can connect either through a specific MOUS case with the appropriate mounting (Intralock only!) or using the universal pad adaptor which is included in your owners tool kit. This system works both landscape and portrait.

Think of the Dashboard app as a dashboard - it gives your battery state of charge, speed read out, and control over major functions such as power mode, motor immobilising, and the lights. If there's a feature you'd like to see added, message the Bo Team directly hello@bo.world

The Dashboard App can control between your power modes (Drive for maximum economy and Sport for maximum power). The regenerative braking on your Bo is already variable - the more you pull the lever the more regen it applies, up to a maximum of 22Amps - so there is no advantage to control in the app.

The Dashboard is meant to augment and optimise your ride, so everything on it is vehicle focused. That means the big features Bo riders use regularly - mapping, for example - are best delivered by companies like Google Maps. That is why that type of functionality has been intentionally left out, enabling us to focus on the design, features and hidden easter eggs that make the Dashboard great.

However we want the Dashboard app to continue to improve and love opportunities to add features that boost the ride experience, so if you do have a brilliant idea for a new feature please send us a message.
